Individual Therapy
Psychotherapy involves a trained therapist and the client working together in a safe space to address thoughts, emotions, or behaviors that may be causing difficulties in life. Therapy is meant to provide a non-judgmental place for self-discovery, healing, and empowerment.
Most often I work with helping professionals (therapists/social workers, teachers, nurses/doctors, etc.), burnout, and attachment/religious trauma. Email me at the link below to get started!
Burnout Support Group
6-week virtual support group, discussing burnout recovery and prevention, and connecting with others going through the same. Click on the link below and complete the contact form for yourself or someone you’re supporting to get started!
Next group begins September 2024: Wednesdays at 5:30pm and Thursdays at 10am.
*Groups are recurring, if the upcoming session day/time does not work for you please feel free to inquire about future sessions!
Student Scholarship Program
As a therapist, I understand the financial challenges that can come with pursuing a career in this field and believe in supporting the next generation of mental health professionals. In an effort to increase accessibility, I offer a reduced rate option to students currently enrolled in a therapy, counseling, or social work program that are required to participate in personal therapy for their program.
This rate is guaranteed for the duration of sessions their program requires (i.e. if the program requires 16 sessions of therapy to be completed, 16 appointments at the reduced rate are guaranteed). Please contact my office to apply with the link below.
Brainspotting Treatment
Brainspotting is a treatment method developed by David Grand, Ph.D., which uses a combination of your visual field (a “brain spot”) and bilateral stimulation (such tapping or sounds) to help access, process, and release trauma “stored” in the body.
Brainspotting can be used in combination with talk therapy or and many other treatment modalities. You can check out some additional videos about Brainspotting on the FAQ page or get started with the link below.
