Hi, I’m Chelsea! (she/her) I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I am trained in Brainspotting and work mostly with teens (13+), young adults, and adults who need support with burnout, trauma, and body image.

Currently offering in-person therapy to clients in/around the Orange County, CA area, and telehealth individual therapy and burnout support groups for clients located anywhere in California.
